Super Bowl 2012 … the halftime performance was assigned to Madonna and what a show of costumes. Dressed in Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci in a gladiator-style ensemble. Madonna emerged into the limelight like a sparkly phoenix. Her enormous Egyptian-inspired gold headdress, black thigh-high boots, miniskirt and gold-studded outfit came courtesy of Philip Treacy, Givenchy Couture. While a pair of 19.6 carats of white gold and diamond earrings were provided by Bulgari.
